Absolutely love Stilton and this Colston Bassett is particularly creamy and tasty.

Have loved Etorki for many years and this is the second time I have purchased it from Mousetrap!
I think Etorki is the best sheep's cheese ever but it is so difficult to find these days and am so thankful it is available to order online from this Cheese shop.
It is always packed well and arrives quickly and in excellent condition.

Perfect condition, on the verge of runny, just as I like it. Stayed perfect over the 4 days it took me to finish it.

This is an excellent cheese for all occasions.

This was recommended to me on a visit to Ludlow 3 weeks ago and frankly it is absolutely fabulous. I ate the whole lot that afternoon (aided by some Le Soula wine!) and since then I have ordered it twice more. For me this is THE hard cheese, surpassing all others. It is really tangy and tasty but has a creamy finish. I’ve gone so potty about it Ive now bought a cheese dome and cheese shaver etc and it has piqued my interest to try different cheeses.
Oh - and dont eat the plastic like I did first time!!

The best Brie I've ever come across, perfectly ripe and oozy, perfect on my toasted crumpet with a drizzle of habanero infused honey. (Try it, you won't be disappointed!) Also really nice in a baked sweet potato or just as it is.
