Fabulous flavour, has a real bite

I couldn’t have been more delighted with this cheese stack, it delivered in every way - great centre-pice for small wedding, Inglewhite cheddar received many compliments, Cornish Yarg is nutty and mild, sheep’s cheese is sharper and s goof contrast, and wax covered cheddar heart was taken home by the very happy couple. As the former owner of an artisan cheese business ( the Cheese Stall Cambridge I would like to compliment the people at Mousetrap Cheese for the excellent condition of their cheese. Cheeses arrived in time and well chilled. Only negative was delivery man left box outside house instead of in porch. Thankfully we eventually saw the box as we were looking out for it and it was still chilled. Really tasty high quality cheeses - definitely recommended the company and the cheeses.

Really enjoyed this, whilst strong it’s not overbearing. Matched really well with fig and date chutney. Will definitely be buying this again.
