Whittington Red

Whittington Red is a really wonderful creamy gentle cheese from our friends at Croome Cuisine.   Made as a blend of a gentle red Leicester and a tangy Double Gloucester, Whittington Red is a lovely smooth mid-strength cheese.   The blending process gives the cheese maker full control of the flavour profile, think a fine blended whiskey, also making it more creamy.
