Whittington Oak is a really tasty, creamy, cheddar, smoked over real oak chips. It's a really lovely smoked cheese made in Worcester by Croome Cuisine. We use it as a split base with a Worcester hop on loads of our wedding cakes as we know how much it will please a crowd!
