Wensleydale with cranberries Cheese, classic fruit cheese

Wensleydale with cranberries is one of the classic fruit cheeses. Mild and crumbly wensleydale with juicy cranberries added. The cheese we sell in the counter from Hawes comes as a semi circle cheese but matches well with a semi circle of Stilton or Shropshire Blue if you want some for a wedding stack. The circles on the wedding cakes are not made by hawes, but they are still a lovely Wensleydale and cranberries.

The 1kg circle is actually the 2kg cheese cut down to half height as seen on the 'Annie', so 4cm high and 17cm width.

The 2kg circle is a whole cheese 8cm high by 17cm diameter

The 2.3kg circle is a slightly bigger cheese as seen on the 'Kitty'. 23cm x 7cm
