Stichelton Cheese

Made in very much the same way as Stilton but with raw milk, (rather than Pasteurised as Stilton must have), Stichelton is a wonderful tasty blue from the Welbeck Estate in Nottinghamshire.  Made by Joe Schnider, Stichelton blue is really full flavoured with a lovely creamy melt in the mouth.  

A wonderful unpasteurised blue cheese, sharp with a good bite,  Stichelton is definitely one to try if you haven't yet!
