Scrumpy Cider and Apple Cheese, Cheddar with fruit in

Scrumpy and Crunchy Apple cheese from Croome Cuisine is made by adding apples steeped for 24 hours in local ″Old Rosie' cider from Westons into gorgeous creamy tangy cheddar.  A classic combination, amazing blended together! Now apple and cheese and cheese and cider are both great combinations, so this cheese proves very popular round these parts.  With a sweetness that the apple brings, it really is a taste sensation!  Its made with the same base cheddar as the Worcester gold, but they try to keep it a little gentler so it doesn't overpower the apple.
