Red Devil cheese is a vintage Red Leicester made by Snowdonia Cheddar with added Habanero chilli's and peppers. Red Devil spicy cheese is a very nice Welsh hard cheese indeed. The cheese itself is lovely and tasty, with a great spiciness added by the chilli and peppers. Made by a cooperative of Welsh farmers who blend their cheeses. The blending process gives the farmers much more control over the consistency of flavour as cheeses can vary so much according to the time of year/feed etc. Red Devil is vegetarian and pasteurised.
If you're after a little stack, a half a red devil is a great option. 21.5 x 9cm for a whole, we can cut a half which would then be a 4.5cm high circle.
