Harlech cheese is a Welsh mature creamy cheddar cheese, speckled with horseradish and parsley. Tangy and zingy, this vegetarian cheese is coated in bright orange wax and made by Croome Cuisine, after buying out the rights from Abergavenny Fine Foods. The strong taste of horseradish is complemented and calmed by the parsley giving a very unique tasting cheese. Can anyone taste notes of salad cream or is it just me?!
A whole cheese weighs just over 1.5kg and is 18.5 cm wide by 6 cm high.
