Gorgonzola Gran Riserva (dolce) Cheese

This wonderful Gongonzola has a DOP designation.  It is made in the Piedmont region of  Italy and aged for 3 - 4 months to develop its creamy texture and rich spicy and slightly sweet flavour.  Made from pasteurised milk, this cheese can be very runny - if it's incredibly so (as it can be sometimes) we'll send it in a pot...
