Georgina Wedding cheese cake, 9.05kg cheese stack

A bumper wedding cheese cake feeding up to 90 for lunch, 130 for evening, or up to 180 for after dinner cheese.  Standing lovely and high at over 55cm, it's a wonderful looking and super tasty selection.  If you like the look of the Georgina but don't want qite so much cheese, we can supply it with the Worcester Hop on the bottom cut to half height, making a 2kg cheese on the base, looking like the Tilly.

From the bottom up:

Worcester Hop: Tangy, tasty and rolled in toasted hops, this is our best selling cheese and great for a range of tastes, pasteurised, cow's milk, vegetarian, 4kg, 21.5cm x 10cm

Whittington Oak:  This is a really gorgeous smoked cheese.  Smooth and creamy with a wonderful smoke - from real oak chips. It's a game changer. Pasteurised, cow's milk, vegetarian, 2kg 18.5cm x 6.5cm (This is 2 semi circle cheeses.  If you would rather not have both halves smoked, there's a lovely milder cheddar called Whittington Red that we can swap in for half at the same price - just leave us a note in the shopping cart page which you would prefer) 

Cashel Blue:  Cut as a half height circle for this stack, Cashel is a gorgeous soft blue with lots of lovely flavour. pasteurised, cow's milk, vegetarian. 800g 14cm x 11cm

Baby Manchego: Traditional nutty Spanish Ewe's milk cheese.  Great for a point of difference in the selection, 800g. Sheep's milk, pasteurised, animal rennet. 12 x 11cm

Camembert:  The classic French cheese, giving another soft cheese option to this selection 11cm x 4cm, cow's milk, pasteurised, normal rennet.

Finn:  A mature, double cream cheese made up the road from our Hereford shop.  9cm wide by 4cm.  Unpasteurised, cows milk, vegetarian 200g.

Godminster Organic cheddar Heart:  Gorgeous soft creamy cheddar.  This British organic cheddar is wonderfully rich and tasty but without any sharpness, a real crowd pleaser. Encased in lovely burgundy wax.  Made with pasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet. 200g heart 9cm high. 

For a gathering we recommend 50 - 100g per person, depending if the cheese is to be eaten straight after the meal or later in the evening and with other food or by itself  (So the lower amount it shows as feeding is based on 50g and the higher is 100g)  We can very happily advise over email so drop us a line on info@mousetrapcheese.co.uk for ideas for a bespoke cheese board for your wedding or event.
