Black Bomber , Rich Welsh strong Cheddar

Black Bomber is a very popular Welsh vegetarian cheddar with a creamy texture and a full flavour from Snowdonia cheese. This lovely rich Welsh cheese is made by a cooperative of farmers who blend their cheddars to produce this tasty, creamy cheese. They have had great success selling this cheese as a little 200g or 400g wax covered truckles called the Black Bomber, but we also sell it as a 2kg large cheese of which you can have a slice.  The rich cheddar flavour is enhanced by the creamy texture of Snowdonia.  The blending process gives the farmers much more control over the consistency of flavour as cheeses can vary so much according to the time of year/feed etc. Suitable for vegetarians, made with pasteurised milk..
