Bella is is a gorgeous wedding cheese cake.  At 6.1kgs this tasty cheese tower feeds 60 -120. 
 You can buy it with or without the hearts, veggie option available.

Snowdonia Mature Cheddar:   A lovely creamy tasty welsh cheddar.  Known as a Black Bomber when in its tiny form.  Covered in black wax.  Cows milk, pasteurised and vegetarian.  21.5cm wide x 9cm high. 3.4kg

Waterloo: A gorgeous creamy brie.  Buttery and delicious, its mid strength so should please a crowd. Cows milk, unpasteurised, vegetarian. 17 x 3cm.  700g.

Cashel Blue: Lovely rich soft and creamy blue from Country Tipperary.   This is a gorgeous cheese and adds great height and proportion to a stack.  Pasteurised, Cows milk, vegetarian.  13cm x 9cm high. 1.6kg

Finn A mature, double cream cheese made up the road at Neals Yard Creamery.  Really tasty and rich.  9cm wide by 4cm.  Pasteurised, cows milk. vegetarian 200g

Dorstone A wonderfully smooth ashed goats cheese from Neals Yard creamery. Pasteurised, goats milk.

The vegetarian option includes an Ashlyn goat instead of the Dorstone and does not include hearts but they can be bought separately.  See related cheeses below.

You can buy a 100g of each cheese as a taster or 200g of each cheese. 

For a gathering we recommend 50 - 100g per person, depending if the cheese is to be eaten straight after the meal or later in the evening and with other food or by itself.  (So the lower amount it shows as feeding is based on 50g and the higher is 100g) We can very happily advise over email so drop us a line on info@mousetrapcheese.co.uk for ideas for a bespoke cheese board for your wedding or event.
