This is an excellent world beating cheese from the Colston Bassett Dairy, the smell, texture and flavour is unbeatable. This cheese has a strong but very subtle flavour and is simply delicious.
You cannot go wrong with with this cheese, creamy and utterly irresistible, fantastic.
Perl Wen is a wonderful Welsh cheese, always has a place on my cheeseboard.
Normally I cannot stand blue cheese but I discovered this several years ago and it’s by far my favourite cheese (well that and Wensleydale, I am a Yorkshire lass). It’s creamy and isn’t too strong, recommended.
I BOUGHT A SELECTION OF CHEESES, GOATS AND EWEWS MILK, THEY WERE ENJOYED BY ALL. TO BE ABLE TO HAVE A GREAT SELECTION OF GOATS CHEESE WAS A DELIGHT FOR THOSE OF US WHO HAVE TO AVOID DAIRY PRODUCTS BUT CAN TOLERATE GOATS AND EWS MILK.

More than happy with the choices looking forward to trying them all. Delivered on time right when I needed it. Top quality amount for the price and listened to my wishes also to not add any blue. Yep all packed up well with ice packs still frozen. From having to travel from Hereford to Norfolk I was very impressed. This cheese store is up their with the best no doubt

Have loved Etorki for many years and this is the second time I have purchased it from Mousetrap!
I think Etorki is the best sheep's cheese ever but it is so difficult to find these days and am so thankful it is available to order online from this Cheese shop.
It is always packed well and arrives quickly and in excellent condition.
